Home Sweet Home

There are ususally only 2 types of people when it comes to vacations - those that can stay gone forever, and those that want to come home after about 3 days. I'm one of those that can stay gone for a long time (not necessarily forever) without wanting to come home. However, I have never wanted to be home more than I did in the past week. Thank goodness Kyle and I have wonderful parents who graciously let us stay with them during the ice storm and mooch off their food, heat, washer/dryer and beds. However, we were ready to be home and we finally got power back this Wednesday. Yes, that's right the week after the storm! However, I'm sure we cut down not only our electric but also our gas bill for the next month! Thanks to our parents who only thought they were financially rid of us when we got married :)

On the pregnancy front - I've posted a slideshow of belly pictures. After viewing the pictures, I've decided that they look a littly silly without my face in the picture, so we'll work on that. I'll try to keep it updated as we take the pictures, but again, no promises :) Also, I've added a poll to see what everyone thinks we're having - this is just for fun. I assure all of you that I am fully aware that it has already been determined and none of you will have any say so! I am curious to see what the responses are though. We see the Dr. on the 23rd, so you have until then to cast your vote!
